Individual Therapy

groups

Our groups offer a unique blend of somatic practices, relational group process, and therapeutic modalities that foster connection to self and community. Groups run as closed series, allowing participants to build trust, drop into their bodies, and experience the healing power of being witnessed in a supportive space. Together, we explore themes like self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the rhythms that shape our lives—held within a container of care, movement, and reflection.

Stay connected and join our newsletter for updates on the next group series.

workshops

Body Rhythms creates custom workshops weaving together movement, mindfulness, dance, yoga, and self-exploration. These offerings can be designed for businesses, community groups, or special events, rooted in the belief that embodied practices foster connection, creativity, and collective well-being.
